Joseph Candito has been practicing law since November, 1986. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton and holds a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from the School of Applied Behavioral Sciences and Educational Leadership at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Mr. Candito is a member of the Ohio State, Clermont County and Cincinnati Bar Associations. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Candito has presided as Magistrate for three of the Mayor’s Courts in the Tri-County area since 1999. As Magistrate, Mr. Candito hears cases involving misdemeanor criminal and traffic matters.
