Chris Rippy graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in 2005 and attended the Bowen School of Law in Little Rock. During his time in law school, he clerked for the firm Wilcox, Parker, Hurst, Lancaster, & Lacy, PLC and for the Honorable Rhonda Wood, now Associate Justice on the Arkansas Supreme Court.


After graduating Law School, Chris practiced briefly in the area of Civil litigation, prior to transitioning to the Trusts & Estates arena. In 2011, Chris was a founding member of the Elder Law & Estate Planning Law Firm Nash, Raley, Rogers, & Rippy, PLC in Maumelle. He began his own law firm in the summer of 2014, which has since transitioned to “Rippy, Stepps, & Associates, P.A.”


Chris currently serves as the managing partner of the law firm, which practices primarily in the areas of Trusts, Elder Law, Probate & Trust Administration, General and High Net Worth Estate Planning, and Mergers and Acquisitions. Chris has drafted, amended, or administered over 2,000 Estate plans, with ranging Estate values from a few thousand dollars to the mid-nine figures.


Outside of the practice of law, he sits on the Board of two non-profits, namely Renewal Ranch and the GO Store, Inc.


Chris and his wife Christin have been married for 18 years and have three wonderful children: Alli (7th grade); Emily (4th grade); and Andrew (1st grade). They are heavily involved in their local Church, local sporting events, and many other community activities.
